This spacious home sits on the tranquil shores of Sunset Lake, a private, spring-fed, sand-bottom lake that’s ideal for swimming, paddleboarding, kayaking, fishing, and more. With your own private beach, you have direct access to the water for endless relaxation and outdoor adventures.
Sunshine Haven at Sunset Lake is the perfect retreat for family and friends. This spacious 2,800 sq ft home features six bedrooms, three bathrooms (sleeps up to 20), two living areas, two porches, and a walkout basement. Enjoy a private sand beach, stocked lake, outdoor patio, and campfire area. With high-speed internet and located just 10 minutes off I-90/94 and off of the southwest corner of Castle Rock Lake, it’s the ultimate lakeside getaway—a true home away from home.

Outdoors, relax around the patio and firepit area (BYO firewood) or prepare a delicious meal on the gas grill (propane provided). Guests can play a game of cornhole or GoSport ring swing, lounge or enjoy a meal on the large porch and explore the private sandy beach or the water with the 2 kayaks on property. Beach towels and outdoor chairs will also be provided for your enjoyment.
